Bear in mind this is after nearly a decade of patronage because it was close to my old office.
I forgave them losing all my medical records a couple years ago. I forgave failure to return test results. I forgave moving my appointments to accommodate their own schedules. And I forgave waiting because other patients needed extra time.
But I’m not sure I can forgive this. Time to find somewhere else.
The New York city office itself is clean, well-organized, and equipped with modern technology. I appreciate the attention to detail in maintaining a hygienic and comfortable environment.

I have been a patient for a couple of years, I must say that my experience has been excellent and never been disappointed me. The providers are absolutely wonderful, they make me feel confident! My concerns are always well-addressed and provide a solid treatment plan that’s easy to follow. The staff are very welcoming and helpful also.
